Taming Sari Tower


Taming Sari Tower is 110 meters tall towers are located in Bandar Hilir, Malacca (​​adjacent Datara Warrior). The tower can be rotated 360 degrees for the visitors a panoramic view of Melaka City as a whole. The tower is rotating tower Gyro first kind in Malaysia. Construction cost is around Rs 24 million. The tower was officially opened on 18 April 2008. Her designs are based on the design Keris Taming Sari.
It can accommodate up to 66 people at any one time and is open from 10 am to 10 pm with adult ticket price of RM20, children and the elderly RM17 to RM10 per person. The tower was built using Swiss expertise capable of transporting 240 passengers in the first hour. A spin session will take about 7 minutes.
The original location of the tower is on the banks of the Malacca River (near Building Stadhuys) but moved at a new site on the original site because there are ruins of an old wall Malacca Sultanate era besides preserving the archaeological geofak. Here also there is a café, named Taming Sari Cafe and a gift shop.
